微信绑定需要CorpID（集团ID），Secret（权限），应用ID号，所以新登陆微信
1、微信新建应用
2、查看新 应用ID号是6，待用。
3、查看复制CorpID
4、权限管理配置Secret
复制Secret密钥
5、完成后台配置
6、测试移动报表用户帐号 及 微信帐号 绑定
或批量导入的用户，手机号要是微信号。
同步用户，LLF 帐号 与 微信号 13306058001 绑定了。
有新报表，微信就有提示。
